Shake of the day


Pineapple Power
 
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 scoop of your choice of protein 

Something light and refreshing on this warm day!! Enjoy after a hard workout :)
